What warranties do you offer ?
All products distributed by Fitness Warehouse, except for upholstery and protective coverings, are warranted to the original purchaser against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of time in accordance with the manufacturers’ specifications.
Defective parts will be placed or repaired at the discretion of Fitness Warehouse without charge, providing:
- The claim is submitted to Fitness Warehouse prior to the expiration of the manufacturer warranty period.
- The damage was not caused by abuse, misuse or neglect of normal care.
- The defective equipment or items not covered by a Service & Maintenance Contract are brought in to Fitness Warehouse-authorized service center.
Pick-up of items at customer site or the dispatch of a Fitness Warehouse technician to a customer site not covered by a Service & Maintenance Contract will be invoiced at current rates for such services.
Do you deliver to my home or business ?
We offer delivery and installation services throughout the Island, including Vieques and Culebra. However these services carry an additional charge.
What do you recommend for a home fitness center ?
Ideally, you should "staff" your home fitness center with a combination of strength training and aerobic conditioning equipment. That allows you, your family and friends to follow a total body fitness program. And, the variety of exercises will keep workouts more interesting.
What payment methods are accepted ?
We accept cash, checks, Visa, Master Card, American Express, ATH (debit card) and Discover Card. Photo Id is required.
Do you repair brands of equipment that you don't represent ?
No, our technicians are not authorized to repair other brands of equipment.
